Enrolment is only guaranteed upon receiving payment.
TUITION & METHOD OF PAYMENTS
Fees are paid in full upon registration. Class tuition is prorated for students who join late. Students cannot join a course more than half way through its duration. The tuition quoted does not include materials. A material list is provided and students are required to purchase their own materials.

WAITLISTS
If a class is full, you may choose to be placed on a wait list. If a space becomes available, students will be contacted in the order in which they appear on the waitlist. Should you be contacted to fill an available spot, you will be required to register within 24 hours, after which time the space will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
TRANSFERS & WITHDRAWALS
Any approved refunds will take up to 5-10 business days to be processed. Absence from class does not constitute a notice of cancellation.
Transfers:
Should a student choose to transfer from one class to another, this can only be accepted after attending no more than 2 classes from your originally enrolled course. If a transfer has been accepted, no second transfers will be permitted.
Withdrawals:
Registrants may withdraw from a program no less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the first class of the course/series of classes. Participants cancelling after the first class of the term will be charged for that class. Any approved refunds will take up to 5-10 business days to be processed.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
All classes (apart from private classes) have a minimum enrolment threshold. If a course is cancelled due to low enrollment, registrants will be given as much notice as possible, and a credit will remain on file unless a request is made for a transfer to another class or refund. All efforts will be made to accommodate the student into a new class.
MISSED CLASSES
Small group classes, Masterclasses and Artist Talks & Studio Tours:
There are no make-up classes allowed for missed classes due to illness or vacations. There are no discounts, refunds or credits for classes not attended.
Private classes:
No refunds will be accepted if a student cannot attend a registered class. Although it cannot be guaranteed, we will gladly try and arrange for a rescheduled date at no additional charge.
Students must give a minimum of 24 hours notice to inform of any classes that they cannot attend.
If a student misses a class without notice, there are no discounts, refunds or credits for classes not attended.
DISCOUNTS & REFERRAL PROGRAM
Please note that discounts, coupons and promotions hold no cash value, are not stackable, and cannot be applied to tuition that has already been paid. A discount, coupon or promotion will be applied at the time the registration is processed.
Only one discount can be applied to any one registration. Please note that discounts for virtual classes cannot be combined with other offers.
Referral Program: If you refer a student to enrol into a class, you will receive a free single class on your next purchase.
PUBLICITY
evanfaithhutchinson reserves the right to use any photographs taken of student work or students creating in virtual classes for publicity purposes and promotional materials. Virtual classes will not be recorded without the permission of the students. Should we want to take any photographic images of your online class artwork, for use in marketing materials, we will ask permission prior to taking the image. We may ask that you photograph your work and email a copy to us for use on our website or other marketing materials.
Please Note: No names or personal information will be included with featured photographs artwork used in any promotional materials including brochures, articles, social media, website, etc.
